I preach this a lot hear. I dont think too many try it though.
The burning, relentless weak feeling is terrible - I know.
Waiting is not for me, nor anyone else.
But while your waiting, do whatever you can to deal with it.
The muscle and nerve chemistry deficiencies that lyme creates really becomes a circulation, at the microscopic level.
If you manually force circulation in the muscles with external pressure, you WILL FOR SURE feel a little temporary relief. This is not maybe, its FOR SURE.
If you have not used a foam roller, dont be shy, $20 at walmart. And get a tennis ball too. Lay on them, roll slow on them on the floor. Start slow (10 sec each area) and work your way up to 30 sec. Ist hurts a little at first, dont wuss out because relief will follow. This gets circulation going again, nutrients that were trapped go into the tissue, and you feel better. Its really a very deep massage, but way more effective.
This is not something I dremped up, it's used and proven in professional sports therapy. I left out all the fancy talk since I realize that could scare away some people here, and all we really want is results anyway.
If you do this already , thats great, if not, the cost is less than one massage. I hope you get some relief from this , I certainly do while waiting for the abx to do its job.
