I would suggest that you get some magnesium oxide or Milk of Magnesia. I prefer the mag oxide though - it doesn't create any nausea for me, the M.O.M does.
Start off with 250 mgs for a couple of days at night.
If that doesn't help, add in 250 mgs in the am (so that you are taking one dose of 250 mgs am and pm).
If that isn't enough, add in a second dose at night (250 mgs am and 500 mgs pm)
If that's not enough, add in another dose in the am (500 am and 500 pm) and so on until you find the right dose for you.
Most people end up with a bit of loose stools, so then you back down on your dose just slightly and see if that's enough to give you the desired results. Give each change a couple of days for your body to adjust.
I take a large amount of mag oxide when I have Lyme 1,000 -1500 mgs twice a day. It's the only thing I have found that keeps my innerds moving daily without causing other issues like nausea and bloating. I get that enough when I have Lyme without adding to it!!
