Utahgal, with test results like you have, you have Lyme, it's a matter of finding out what is preventing you from healing, like some of the things that IHL has said in her post.
So of course, this too is all very individual. Both times I've been in treatment for Lyme, I have herxed at the 3 week mark and herxed for 3 weeks and by the 3rd month (odd isn't it?) I was feeling improvements. This being my second go round, and the fact that I know when I was infected and that it was only a few months that I was infected before starting treatments again (3 months actually!), I can see the pattern for myself. So in that respect, it's been easier this time around as I can see the patterns in my healing.
Like the layers of an onion, there are many things that must be addressed before healing can begin sometimes. Finding out what those things are can be difficult, but at least you can find guidance as to what things to look for on this forum.
Personally, I'd look to viruses first, as they are easy to test for and then either rule out or treat. Mold would be next on my list -as so many of us live/work in an area where mold could easily be an issue - and it can cause major issues with the health and in trying to heal from other things.
Next would be the other co-infections. Some people must treat either Bartonella or Babesia first before they can make any headway with their Lyme infection.
As I said, that's how I would approach it. You can evaluate your own situation, see what you have already been tested for and go from there.
