I don't think taking abx the last few weeks would do much either, since by then the baby will have been exposed to whatever may be left in your system (if you really do have anything left) for the entire time already. I too think that you will know what to do when the time comes.
Don't forget that you are now very well educated with all things Lyme and I know that you will be watching very closely for any signs of Lyme while this little one grows up!
I think getting the cord blood tested is one of the best things to do though. It's the best thing we have at this time.

Chapelle - I hope that your pregnancy is at least as good as Beth's and that both of your deliveries are a breeze!!! And pictures!!! If you feel safe in doing so, post a pic of your beautiful baby for us when they are born!!!!!!
