Hi astro—
I think it's critical to uncover any methylation roadblocks when detoxing is such a critical part of our healing so kudos to you. It is like diving into quantum physics, but like anything we lymees have committed to, the more you read the more you understand. And for me, there is a tipping point at which everything finally falls into place and then I don't have to try so hard to get the basics. Up until then, it can be painful. ;)
cd's sites are most useful—good post. I also strongly recommend
/www.nutrahacker.com for interpretation of your 23andme data. The full report isn't free but quite useful. The other free services I tried were a little disappointing.
I'm in the process as we speak of trying to figure out what to do with this wealth of information ;)
www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=30&m=3284903so I'll be sure to post about
my journey.
And as I mention in my thread, it can be overwhelming to know so much and so little about
what to do with what you know. For me, I'm deconstructing it, prioritizing it, and putting some of it on the back burner until I can find a professional to help me out or until my brain can function a little better to do my own research.
Good luck!
