Charcoal- slight stomack upset, gas?

I tried this again, took 5 capsules, 2 hrs either end from any meds, sups ect.

It seems to cause stomach issues in me, and a lot of beltching.

Anyone else experience this?

Haven't heard about this one. Charcoal is supposed to absorb a lot of stuff but I can't imagine how that would cause an increase in gas from either end.

Have you been taking lower doses for awhile and just decided to up your dose?

Have not done low doses while on ABX- I dont think it would work then.

I dont do charcoal regularly, due to the required time window.

I tried that algae stuff that starts with a C, kind of spendy, but no side effects.

Zeolite is costly too.

Have not tried bent clay, dont know if it affordable or not.?
