One of my first symptoms of Lyme disease and co's was the vibrations in my body.
They are nervous system issues. I don't know if it's just an irritated nervous system (from the disease), or damage to the myelin (sp?) sheath.
In addition to the vibrations, I also have shivers - although they're worse when I'm cold, I also get them when I'm not cold. They're like the shivers you get when you see something scary on a movie...or when you hear a really good song (goosebumps)...those shivers. (But I don't get the goosebumps). They are definitely from the nervous system being affected. They are happening to me periodically throughout the day.
Do you suspect or know you have bartonella?
I have been treating for lyme, and those are still with me. Sometimes the internal vibrations are a bit different, though, sometimes they are like a truck motor inside me ( a different frequency )....
Describing it to someone...makes me feel like I'm a nutbar. I used to say I have vibrations, but they're not "good vibrations"..lol
