Tounge was coating so I bought product called high potency 9 by aqua flora. After 3rd dose I woke up with many trips having to use the bathroom (sitting down) ha. Now today it feels like the flu without a fever. Also noticed however my twitching has drastically reduced.

Yes, what you are experiencing could be yeast/fungal die off.
