So sorry u have to go through this! Webmd has a link about
this and treatment options. I wouldn't bathe in water with chlorine in it. Maybe boil the water for a while uncovered to make the chlorine evaporate and let it cool a little? Or: Maybe put some filtered water (warm) in a large container and sit in it? I would only try to add some (very little) camomile tea to it but please don't take my advice--that's just me--I trust this tea. My mom was a nurse for over 30 years and she uses camomile tea for virtually anything.
Webmd says heating pad also works for some women. Webmd has a meds list, but I don't know if u can get it without prescript
ion. http://www.m.webmd.com/women/guide/vulvodynia?page=5
Please be careful--you don't want to keep adding things and make it worse. Also plain soaps--no scents. If your water has bacteria in it, it may make things worse. If I were you, I would boil the water to sterilize it a bit for a few minutes and then let it cool. This may be to much for you to handle--maybe someone can help u. Good luck!
