At what point during or after treatment (feeling 90% better or more) is it "safe" to reintroduce gluten and alcohol? Of course I would rather have my health and no bread or alchohol, but surely there is a time to reintroduce. Any thoughts?
unless you are celiacs or gluten sensitivity, you can introduce alcohol, however if you are either of those you cannot drink alcohol that is not distilled, because alcohol tends to have loads of gluten in it.
