Someone suggested it to me and I looked it up and the Amazon reviews were nothing but positive and uplifting but seems to good to be true. But then again 1500 4-5 star reviews?

Give the search function (right hand upper corner) a try. There has been a lot of conversation about
this in prior threads.

Yes! I have :)
However, I only used it a couple of times. I was having kidney stone issues and I was not sure if the D Earth was agitating this. I would take it at night before bed and would wake up in the morning with my kidneys aching. If you have kidney sensitivity, I would be careful. Otherwise give it a shot, but take it slowly and it may not be necessary to take it more than a couple times a week.

I use this every day.... Keeps me regular, makes my hair feel soft, nails not brittle any more. Love the stuff. Take I very first thing in the morning.

Is it a binder so it has to be taken 2 hours after/before suppliments and meds?

Yes, it is considered a binder. I found it easiest to have dinner early evening (no later than 6:30 pm) and take my last supplements with the meal. Then, by 8:30 I am good to take a binder. Sometimes I will even wait until 9:30 or 10 just to allow extra time and then go to bed. Since you are not getting up in the middle of the night to eat or take supps, then you don't have to worry about
what you are ingesting 2 hours afterwards.
But others may have different routines that work best for them.

The company I buy from says it does not bind, and that it can be taken with food or supplements with no problem. But most clays bind, so we try to take ours away from supplements.
We use cilantro (4 drops 2x daily) and DE (1/2 tbsp. 2x daily, 2 hours after the cilantro) for metal detox. It has significantly (!) helped our electrosensitivity.
We take the cilantro with our supplements (8am, 3pm) and the DE 2 hours later (10am, 5pm), then just supplements at 9pm.
Buhner's associate, Julie McIntyre, actually recommended zeolite (which I think MisterMike is using), but I am wary of the amount of aluminum it contains. I can't be sure that we are not dealing with leaky gut.
