I don't even get to drink and I wake up puking with a splitting headache. Ugh. at 5 am too! I can't sleep until after midnight so I'm only getting 5 or 6 hours at best.

I wonder if there's anything I can do the night before to make it not so bad in the morning?

Is this from lyme or a side-effect of the medication? That sounds terrible!

I think it's from lyme. It's been happening since April of last year and I've only been in treatment since September.

I've felt like this for a few months off and on throughout the years. Like the last 6 or 8 years. Ugh.. Over it. It's been almost a year straight.

It's your body telling you that it's toxic. You may need to be tested for the MTHFR gene, or find out why your body isn't able to keep up with the detoxing needs.

I'm one that has had a difficult time with being able to detox well, although I've never had the testing done. I started my treatments before that information was available and had to figure out how to get my body to detox on my own, but I did.

Thank you!! I'm doing better than I thought I was a week ago!! LOL! This is week two on break from treatment due to liver issues, and I'm outside doing things(smhair) even after doing housework!!!! shocked

I think I still need another two months of treatment once my liver starts behaving better, but I'm close!!! turn

We are both going to make it through this!!

Yay!!! I'm getting more confident about stopping certain things when I feel like it's becoming too much.

The taurine has really helped me a lot. I have so much more energy and the anxiety has lifted for now. I'm much more clear and happy again.

Do you have a time line to stop your treatment?

Since I'm winging it without a doc to help me, I want to continue with my protocol for another 2 months and then I will re-evaluate everything and likely try coming off at that point. Fortunately it's a decision I don't have to make yet!! LOL! I'm a bit nervous about the whole thing, even though this isn't my first rodeo, if you know what I mean!!
