For those that are detoxing well and not having other issues, then raising the dose of whatever they are doing for treatments is good and necessary - but remember, people's definition of "bad days" change as they experience more and more.
A bad day for me is that I'm in so much pain I can't move or think, nauseous from the pain levels, my innerds shut down from the pain, and I have a severe headache or am "blessed" with a migraine. That's not what most people consider a "bad day" - unless you've seen worse than that with these infections.
Perspective means everything when talking about
having a bad day.
I don't think your body is detoxing well enough to keep up with the toxins, which is why you are not making the progress and are having so many difficulties with so many things. Raising your doses at this point could be very dangerous - at least until it's discovered
why you are having these issues. Pushing through herxing when it gets really bad isn't good - it can cause a life threatening reaction called a cytokine storm - and I'm not talking about
the minor ones that get talked about
when someone gets the flu!!
www.wisegeek.org/what-is-the-cytokine-storm.htm This is why we have to be so very careful to find that balance of detoxing and herxing. A bit of herxing is fine and we should expect to go through it, but it can become life threatening very quickly if it gets out of hand or the herxing is ignored for too long or through a particularly "hard" herx.
