You got me thinking about
vit c in liposomal form and here is an article that bashes Mercola for not doing it correctly as far as the competition is concerned. They do not have a problem with the ingredients I use but they do have a problem with Mercola not using water in his formula and not stating how much of the lecithin he is using. And this company is a competitor, so it is an interesting article.
There is no mention in the article about the ultrasonic machine. If the machine is not used, of course it is not possible to make lipo vit C. I would encourage you not to give up your contemplation and look into this further because you just may be amazed of the benefits. Keep in mind who is saying what. A company promoting their own product will have no interest to tell us we can do it home. The lipo craze is based on a book about the vit C written by an MD, but I don't remember his name. He wrote the quantities in the book and how to make it. And people started to make their own. There is a test that one can use to see how good (effective) the encopsulation is. You mix some of the solution with baking soda and look to see the babbles. I didn't try it because it works for us. If you persue the idea and keep looking, you may the dr that invented this. I do not believe the one we'd buy is any better unless is super expensive. In fact this company makes it with soy, which I would not buy anyway. I hope this helps with your decission! If it's not put through the machine, of course it is just an emultion, it's not the same thing--the machine creates gentle vibrations to mix it without overprocessing it like a blender would.
