AHA!! :-) I finally found this thread!!

I promised an update a few days ago - then I picked a fight with the IRS and got sidetracked!! LOL!

So far so good for me going without treatments for Lyme!!! turn
The only symptoms that I'm experiencing can easily be from adrenal, thyroid issues or EBV that I still have!! yeah

And - since I was on the phone all day yesterday with the IRS, I fully expected to have at least a rough day today, and the only thing that is going on is a headache, which I earned!! LOL! The stress was quite high for me yesterday and I usually pay a pretty high price for allowing stress into my life when I'm infected, so I see this as confirmation that I did the right thing by stopping my treatment!!

So there, Lyme disease!!! Phhttttttt!! tongue You don't have a hold of me any longer!!! scool

And I even had the brain power today to realize I had better bookmark this thread so that I can find it later!!! turn Giggle!!

LOL! Margaret!!! It's soooo good to see you back on here!! No, I haven't gotten my goat yet. :-) We've got a very dear friend that is losing his wife to cancer soon (months) so we've agreed that he needs us more than I need a goat. He will be moving in with us for a bit until he can find a place near here - that's going to take a lot of time and energy and I have no desire to overload myself!!!

But have no doubt that I will have my goats again!!! turn turn turn LOL!

Thanks, Itsnotjust!! I truly will be trying!! I'm taking Astragalus as according to Buhner it raises the parts of the immune system that fights Lyme (although it's not for use in chronic Lyme as it can create an autoimmune situation) - so we'll see how well that really works for me!
