curious about teasel

My recent knee issues have me a bit curious about teasel, since I've heard its good for Lyme arthritis. My old Lyme knee issues are back (pain, swelling). Yay.

Has anyone else used this?

What can I expect from this herb?

Is it something to add in with everything else I'm taking? Or would it replace something I'm on? I think the list of herbs I have below is mostly correct. I can definitely post the current list tomorrow.

I used teasel root during my entire lyme treatment. It is excellent. It is supposed to pull the lyme out of the joints and yes it is very good for arthritis. However it is understood that u need to be on abx while on teasel. This is bc teasel doesn't kill the spirochetes it just pulls them out of their hiding places so you need the abx there to kill them off once they are in the bloodstream. Two very good brands of teasel are the spironil and alchemist brands. Throw out more questions if you have!!!
