He sounds like an ID doc though: "Agner adds that diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia can be misdiagnosed as Lyme disease."

In reality, it's the other way around.

He should have said :"Lyme disease can be misdiagnosed as fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis".
