Feeling really tired on mepron. Is this normal?

I am on day 3 of mepron. My anxiety has worsened and I feel exhausted. All I want to do is sleep. Is this normal?

I don't start Zithromax until next week. Mepron is the only thing I am taking.

Any advice?

Mepron made me tired at first, as well. I slept most of a family reunion away! Over time I adjusted to it, however.
