I got my 23 and me results and I have no idea what to do with them

You have to go to a site that can help you interpret the results - but stay away from Nutrahacker!! Margaret(Teragram) had a horrible experience with them!

We have had lots of threads here about it lately-- use the search feature for 23andme or methylation. http://geneticgenie.org/ is the best and there's no cost.

Genetic Genie is free and simple to actually "do".

After you make a genetic genie account, they have a feature that links to your 23and me account, then the interpreted results come back instantly. But.... they dont tell you much. My Dr figured some things out from this though.

I could not make livewello work, it would not link.

There is another one thats the best called MTTHR support I think. My Dr said to use this one next.

It helps to have a Dr that gets this stuff- a rare find.
