Hi!
What do you guys get for dreams when having a bad period?

Mine is often, at critical waking up stage about large insects black that are exposed under some kind of shelter. I also got a hornet in some kind of attack. I don't know if this is due to my PTSD, but I cant remember those dreams pre Lyme.

Some even worse but they are hard to describe. Its kind of people in disguise who turns into attacking "beings". Sounds weird, sorry about that.

I had a dream about a parasitic rat (looked a bit like an old boyfriend!) on my arm and in the dream, my LLMD said, "Let's get rid of that," and pulled it off. I woke up in a huge pool of sweat. After that, I felt much better and found we had made great progress against the Babesia.

I really think our sub-conscious is way more aware of our illnesses and it comes out in dreams.

I mostly have the same dream over and over. Different setting or people involved but I am always trying to find someone specific to talk to as I have something important to tell them or a really imporant question to ask.

Just as I find the person I am looking for and get their attention, I wake up.

I can have this dream several times a night!!

I've always been a 'dreamer' - almost every night.

Then when I got "ill", I stopped dreaming altogether. It was very disturbing. That went on for several months, and then I started to have nightmares.
Since treatment, my regular dreams have come back.

I found the nightmares really affected me...very disturbing...and would affect me for a while after I woke up in the morning.

I though I was having a bad dream one morning, until I realized I was at work.
