tinyurl.com/m27e9am Have any of you tried this brand? It was in our local WAPF group email and I guess several there use it. I haven't been to a meeting for a long time, so I'm not in contact with any of them.

The deficiency symptoms listed nosebleeds as one and I tend to get a nose bleed from a certain amount of ascorbic acid, so I wonder if this form wouldn't cause that.

Yes, I do. I'm not sure which one now since I quit using it and I don't know if it was more than one brand that did it. It happened several times when I took it, so that's what made me realize it was causing my nosebleeds.

Maybe I'll just get the one I mentioned and try it for a while since I'd have the option of returning it. I know the people in the WAPF group are sticklers about what they consume, so that's encouraging.
