Herb question-help pls?

For my veteran herb folk. I want to introduce 1 herb at a time, due sensitivities (would be adding to doxy/plaq).

I have narrowed it down to either Knotweed, Cat's claw, Houttuynia OR Arteminisin. Will add more continuing (& thinking eventually CTonic).

If you had to choose just 1 from these to herbs to begin with, that would be broad spectrum help, which would you choose??

Same here, Japanese Knotweed - but go slowly!!!

And save the Houttuynia for the last one as many have a lot of trouble with trying to start it - it's a heavy hitter for many!
