What does everyone do for detox? I just need ideas I am currently taking:
Triphala
Milk thistle
Molybdenum
Electrolytes (liquid drops)
Vitamin C powder
And doing enemas (ACV & coffee)

I am hurting terribly to the point I don't even want to leave my bed and it's such s beautiful day today. I feel like giving up and everyone around me thinks I am crazy and being lazy and I quote " if I would just get on a schedule routine I wouldn't be this way" what does everyone do for pain?

Pain for us is usually due to Neuro Lyme and/or Bartonella, so it doesn't matter what kind of a schedule you keep, it won't help the pain - healing the infections is what helps with the pain. But detoxing often helps too.

Have you read through the "New to Lyme?" thread that sits at the top of the forum lately? It has a lot of really great detoxing ideas.

Personally, here is what I do for detoxing:
oil pulling
dry skin brushing
Epsom salt/peroxide soaks
lemon water
activated charcoal
Alpha Lipoic Acid
Green Tea
High dose vitamin C & E

I get a reaction from using milk thistle, so I always did an all natural liver/gall bladder flush when my liver started acting up.

I'm sure others will be along soon to share what they have been doing too.

My son takes Tri Fortify Orange, expensive, but seems to really do great things, tastes awful and he asked me to reorder - he's on since Thanksgiving time. He also takes Alkaseltzer Gold with a squeeze of lemon, also awful, but asked for more.

He's taken Pinella brain nerve cleanse since June 2014, that one seems important for him, his issues are all psych.
