Possible to get lyme disease from food poisoning?

While Lyme disease is a bacterial infection resulting from the bite of a tick, sometimes a stressful event (like another illness) can bring out symptoms that weren't noticeable before.

Well, you wouldn't get infected by the food poisoning, but sickness from food poisoning could cause the Lyme to be noticeable, as the others have said.
