Does biaxin treat bartonella?

Just wondering, I'm getting different scratches and stretch marks coming out that I've never had before so my bart is either raging or I'm herxing from my current combo. I'm currently on biaxin/plaquenil and pulsing clindamycin quinine 10 days on and 10 days off. Not sure why these scratches are coming about. I didn't even think I had bart until these rashes started popping up. So overwhelmed.

I know Dr. M.R. -(LLMD in Seattle) has tetracycline combined with macrolide (biaxin or zithro) as one of his bart treatments. (Tier 2 I think). Tier 1 being Rifampin. Hope I'm remembering correctly!

But I don't know any other LL Dr.'s who agree with that. Maybe it's waking it up your bart...or the bart is becoming more dominant now that the lyme is being treated?

Do you have any other symptoms that could be attributed to Bart?
