Actually I really don't know! lol. But compared to most bacteria bart still has a slow replication time as it has to build the motors for it's really big flagellas that it uses to propel itself and burrow inside cells.
It doesn't really matter how long it's replication time is, one thing both my LLND and LLMD both agree on is that for a successful bartonella treatment, continuous daily treatment is required. My LLMD says 4-6 months and I went for 5 months but it wasn't enough. My LLND says treat for 3 weeks symptom free and it should be done. I'm just gonna treat for 6 straight months with rifampin, maybe 9 months... One missed day of bartonella treatment could set you back! And I was symptom free twice already yet not rid of the bart. At least my bart responds well to my treatments though.
Just remember all known abx effective for bart are basically just bacteriostatic, and if you go the antibiotic route, a minimum of 2 antibiotics is needed, 3 for good measure! I'm doing the 3 because I want to get rid of this.
