Floaty feeling in my knees

LP:

My son has been complaining of this floating feeling for 5 months! I never heard of anyone else mentioning this but the 2 of you! But for him is not just in the knees. When he lays down, he has this feeling in the whole body.

Since this started when the seizures started, I thought this feeling is caused by seizures--eg. aura. But then he stopped having seizures since Dec 2nd, but the feeling stayed, although is doesn't occur as often but less and less. we only saw an LLMD once, and waiting for Igenex test, so not sure what the cause could be. I had this happening to me.

LP, I often get this floaty feeling in my knees and attribute it to lyme. But I am not sure if I have any other co-ins that could be responsible.

For me, I always call it "nauseous in my knees" because the floaty feeling feels irritating and makes me feel a bit sick, like when you're in a dream and you feel like you're flying and your stomach drops. I have that nauseous sensation in my knees when they're "floaty". Does that make sense to you?

Maui- well my knees don't feel nauseous, it just feels like something is up with them, I'm not sure what though. It got better and was gone and then it came back but very mild. And it seems to be pretty steady, not something that just comes and goes.

Chapelle- can you relate to this symptom?

No it doesn't feel like my knees are about to give out. And it doesn't ache either. It's pretty mild compared to aches I've had before. But just curious what is causing this.

As an aside - about 3 weeks ago I was at a retirement party and ate 5 peices of pizza lol. And wow it flared up bad for 2 days and I would actually say it was like an ache, then it got better over the course of 3 days. Normally my diet is really good but I gave in as I was at a retirement and everyone was eating pizza.
