IHL- as dancingbear recommended, you are probably not absorbing nutrients. That is one possibility. The other possibility is your body could be under a constant "fight or flight stage" all the time, causing your sympathetic nervous system to be on high alert
all the time, that either you not digesting properly due to inflammation and stress, lacking proper enzymes, lack of sleep (which definitely contrbutes to malabsorption) or it could be Bb attacking your gut. Have you had GI issues in the past? I have had a chronically inflammed gut for as long as I can recall, and just within the last 6 months I've started rebuilding it. I can list out a whole wonderful protocol for you to start using, but it may be too much at once. Are you on any good probiotics? L-Glutamine is also essential, as it helps restore and repair the gut lining so it is not permeable (leaky gut). There are a few key supplements to take with an inflammed gut, probiotics, L-glutamine, DGL, marshmellow root, carpylic acid, digestive enzymes. I've also found homemmade bone broth to be extremely effective in healing the gut, probably the most healing next to probiotics. While protein shakes and juices can be easier to digest, they can also be more harmful than beneficial, if the gut isn't strong enough to absorb them, especially raw greens/veggies, as these are dense in fiber and hard to break down.
Email me if you want to get a better understanding of the protocol I was on.
