I totally understand the fatigue, it was one of my worse symptoms..
The cheapest and easiest thing to do is drink a lot of water. I find if I'm dragging, drinking 2 big glasses of water will help.
And, as far as herxing, I've found if I'm targeting bart, im tired. But, the more you get rid of it, the more your energy will come back..
Plus, running after a 3 yr old will tire out a healthy person!
