stomach pain from Houttuynia and Sida Akuta

I have Bart and chronic Lyme and have been on Biaxin for months, as well as A-Bab and A-Bart and seem to be able to manage it fairly well, cutting back when I start to herx too much. Recently, I have tried to introduce Houttuynia and separately Sida Akuta. In both instances, i get a stomach ache, which is the site of where my chronic Lyme first manifested. I am wondering if anyone else is struggling with this and if they have any solutions. I have used Zinlori 75, which is pricey, but not always effective.

I never took the sida but houttuynia is ok for me, although I tincture it myself, so I don't know how different the stuff you take is or are you taking in pill form? Are you taking a probiotic or kefir or fermented food?

I am not sure but can't it be some kind of a herx reaction due to bartonella?
When I was on IV abx I had stomach ache too for a few days, but after it my constant GI symptoms (that I had for years before) decreased!
