Bx treatment for lymes disease

Hi all,
Did anyone hear of a treatment for lymes called Bx treatment? it deals with the mitochondria on the cellular level, giving more energy. Not sure if it inadvertently kills off the lyme bacteria? Not sure if I am grasping at straws to get well.
