Yes, something substantial, the saltines are excellent, even though I know you should not have them. It has to be absorbent, maybe a gluten free cracker or slice of "bread".
I had 6, yes, 6 pregnancies (lost two around 20 weeks). Was green and puked at chicken in a food ad, all 6 times. Four months every time. Each was different, but the last I lived on Costco muffins and mac and cheese. Did not care it was not healthy, it kept things down.
Same for you. You have to weigh what is most important. Yes, diet, no sugar, carbs, yeast. But what good is it if you can't keep the meds down.
Andrew is now having trouble with doxy, rifampin and ADP Protocol (and morning a psych drug), all at once. Hard on the stomach. So I am giving him whatever I can find that is not too "illegal", but will help calm his stomach. The meds will do much more good than the food will do bad. I think.
It' hard, pace yourself and do your best, you will win in the end. It's just an awful, LONG race, not a sprint.
Tell me that later this week when I'm freaking out again - I totally lost it today, ready to quit and make him do it all himself.
