I get up by about
8 AM and by noon I am wiped out. I can sleep for the WHOLE afternoon, like I am drugged & groggy. I have had many LD improvemts from the IV tx. But the fatigue & walking weakness continue. (And the walkg issue freaks me out)
Do you ever get away from this fatigue??

Yes! Same here, my symptoms have improved so much but the fatigue and leg cramps, some joint pain... I feel more tired now than before

Yes the fatigue was debilitating for me for a decade and now I can go skating for 2 hours, running, kayaking, etc. Very active. It gets better.

when on abx, the anziety was brutal, but I was hyper alert
all day. Now off abx I feel groggy and brain dead. No in between. Must nap.
