Hello! I'm looking for a great LLMD or alternative medicine practitioners (specializing in lymes and co-infections). Here are our preferences in order, but we will go practically anywhere if he/she is the BEST.

1. Central or SE FL (Melbourne, Orlando, Tampa, West Palm, Miami, Daytona, etc)
2. Anywhere in FL
3. Anywhere in SE US
4. Anywhere in the US
5. Anywhere in Canada or Europe

We want to do whatever is most effective without bad side effects. Personally we prefer homeopathics from Germany, etc. but are open to suggestions. Thanks!!!

Probably your post got overlooked. Someone will come and help you soon. If you get overlooked again, and you are no longer on page one, you can submit a short message again with a short message. The link that Sarah provided, you can use to get your own list directly from ILADS (your own list with LLMDs). They will email you directly, but if someone here sees your email they will also email you a list.

The most likely reason you haven't gotten anyone emailing you yet is due to the understanding that just because we love our doc, we understand that they may or may not be the best one for you and your wife. There's really no way to tell what will be effective for her - so you start with what you prefer, but - as you stated- remain open to other possibilities.

So determining who's "the best" is really quite complicated. I would suggest that you start with any referrals you may have already gotten (or you can email me and we can start) and visit each doc's website (for the ones that have one) and call each office and find out as much as you can about their views and processes of treatment - then pick the one that comes closest to what you desire.
