Guys,

I literally don't think i can handle this vertigo, dizziness, feeling like i'm on a rocking boat or upside down on a roller coaster.

like i cannot handle anymore. Between my divorce and now this, i cannot even face each and every day. i just want to give up.

My new job has me working 14 hour days which is not helping.

i don't know what to do. I'm so dizzy, my heart feels weird, i feel like i'm going to puke.

I am only 28 years old, i should not have to deal with this. it'll be 2 years in may since i got lyme.

2 years of my life!!

does anyone use anything that has helped combat the dizziness? Last time i used jernigans neuro tox formula thing but that isn't even touching this this time.

May is far, far away! I don't have an answer, I never dealt with this, but I hope someone will come around here to give you some suggestions. Have you looked on line for possible remedies? Also, do you detox? Are you on any meds that may cause this? Are you drinking enough liquids?

I hope you will feel better soon :)

I used to get vertigo from this 20 years ago. I actually fell over a few times at work. It was only about once a week and I'd have to just sit on the floor leaning against a wall waiting for it to pass. At home I'd curl up in the fetal position for half an hour with my eyes closed. It eventually became only a yearly event and last time was about three years ago.

Have you have your ear- balance checked in case its not lyme related? Have you checked your pulse and BP when it happens? Ever get a 24hour Adrenal saliva test?

Oh- forgot to ask...

Have you had your thyroid FT3 / FT4 and TSH tested?

A "thyroid storm" (going from hypo to hyper in minimal time frame) will cause vertigo. And as we all know, Lyme can cause thyroid issues.

If it's truly Vertigo and not from the inflammation that Lyme causes. You can follow a Youtube video on how to treat it. I had Vertigo pre Lyme and did the exact treatment at a Ear Nose and Throat specialist. I know people who have had it chronically and take Zyrtec or a generic form daily and that has stopped it.

This video was had the least movement. Don't worry about eye movement. You will feel the spinning. I recommend having an ice pack by your side.

hey kinda like you im 25, itll be two years for me in middle may this year battling what i think is lyme but the vertigo , dizzyness started when my fatigue and loss of energy did 2 years ago and iv been tested for everything you can imagine im seeing a real lyme doctor on the 30th but I feel for you and the vertigo it feels like being on ship sometimes i have to fall into a wall to catch myself, Idk what would help it
