I enabled that feature. Muscle spasms,twitching,& intense shortness of breath today are unbearable =( sorry to keep posting like this but the pain is so severe right now & my dad just screamed at me when I said I think I need to go back to the er because I have been there alot & they of course do nothing & send me home. They told me the original clots in my arm are gone but I could still get another one or a pe =(

Try to relax. The tension isn't helping either you or your Dad and may be increasing the symptoms. Stress has that effect on us.

I know what this sounds like, but try soaking your feet for just 10 minutes in about 2 cups Epsom Salts and 10- 16 ounce of peroxide in luke warm water. I used to think "what the heck will that do?" but it really can lower your symptom severity.

For the shortness of breath, try slow deep breathing - but not too deep. Make sure you are not breathing shallowly.

And your Dad is right - the emergency room likely won't help with these symptoms as they have no clue about how to help Lyme patients. You're on the Coumadin and it will almost certainly stop any more clots from forming.

Shortness of breath is still bad. Hasn't let up at all. Ugh I just want to sleep. If anyone else has severe shortness of breath & has any good coping techniques please let me know. I have my box fan & vaporizer with vics on. I'm also laying proper up Trying to distract myself with a movie. My whole chest hurts and it hurts to breathe. This & mu visual symptoms are my worst

I'm sorry, it sounds like you are doing about all you can do right now. And sleeping when you can is helpful to your healing.

I hope that today is not as bad for you!! Try to hang in there!
