Welcome to our community!! And no, you are not crazy!! LOL!
Detoxing is a long term thing - you won't feel much effect in just few days, as usually we have to start off so slowly. Most everything in dealing with the healing from these infections is a "slow and steady" approach.
Have you read through our "New to Lyme? Start here!" thread yet? It has a ton of really good information in it that will help you along the way. Things like symptom lists, detoxing suggestions, and even a probiotic explanation!
"Working out" and yoga may not be the best idea right now, if you have to pay for it later with increased symptoms - and that usually happens a day or two afterwards. If that's the case, your body simply isn't up for exercising right now, so it's best to wait until you have been able to lower your toxin load and to get started into treatments to lower your bacterial load as well. Try to have patience!!
Different things will work for different symptoms, but overall, it's all about detoxing and treatment to lower them. What kind of symptoms are you having? Remember, there are symptom lists in the "New to Lyme" thread to help you determine what symptoms are from what infection - but there are many overlapping symptoms, so don't be surprised to see the same symptom mentioned for many of the infections.
