Did I just faint or have a seizure?

I was sitting on the toilet drying myself off after a shower and decided to try some deep breathing, went on for maybe a minute, last thing I remember is hearing some word or vocalization over and over in my head (pretty loud aswell) and some image of a sailboat. Nevertheless, I snapped out of it and was lying on the bathroom floor, luckily the towel managed to cushion the fall.

Never happened before, a bit confused...
