Klinghardt Protocol vs Zhang

I was just getting set to start back up on Zhang when I came across this Klinghadt article that lists his Protocol.

Has anyone followed this (freeze dried garlic, HCL, Pyloricin,Selenium, etc.), and if so, what were your results?

I tend to be very sensitive to things, so I'm a bit hesitant to start something new, but I am very intrigued by Klinghardts protocol and am interested in feedback.

I think as with anything else, it's hard to say what will work for you or someone else--we are all different.

I use some of dr K's ideas and I think he is brilliant, but his protocol is very extensive and the products are very expensive. You can spend $1000 per month on supplements. I make my own tinctures and I use some of his detox ideas and so far so good. I do think he has a head to toe approach, which I like.

I don't know anything about Zhang's protocol.

They are different styles of alternative medicine, so it's really hard to compare them. I used Traditional Chinese Medicine to heal the first time around with Lyme & company, although we didn't follow Zhang's protocol for healing Lyme - my practitioner opted for using the Chronic Tonic instead -and I'm glad she did as it's what has healed me twice now.

As Simela said though, Dr. K's ideas are really good, although expensive at times. I think that there are quite a few people that have been helped by each, so if one isn't working very well and you wish to try something different, I would encourage you to at least look into it!
