This is what I found so far:
"All recipes are gluten and dairy free."
angelaskitchen.com/recipes-for-the-slow-cooker/"35+ Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Freezer Meals"
thehumbledhomemaker.com/2014/04/gluten-free-dairy-free-freezer-meals.htmlAnd these are gluten free, but dairy is much easier to spot and adjust to than converting for gluten free (in my opinion, but I'm not a very good cook! LOL!)
glutenfreegoddess.blogspot.com/2008/09/slow-cooker-and-crock-pot-recipes.htmldivinehealthfromtheinsideout.com/2013/12/80-gluten-free-slow-cooker-recipes/If you come across a recipe that just won't be the same without sour cream - you can usually use a bit less yogurt or coconut cream (the more solid parts in canned coconut milk).
If you need to use "butter" - you can use coconut oil in it's place. Just be sure it's a high quality coconut oil so that there's no coconut flavor really left in it.
And best of luck!!!
