How do I prevent abx resistance while on them?

I think that is why we take two or three at a time...I read that helps prevent the resistance.

Also, changing the antibiotics after a few months,too.

I know there are forum members who have been on the same antibiotics for many months...and didn't see improvement from those meds for 5-6 months, so maybe resistance doesn't always happen.

I'm curious to read what others say about this.

I agree with Girlie. I'm always on two and pulsing a third and I'm never on the same abx more than 3 months before my LLND switches them all up. I may be back on an abx six months later for a month but in a new combo.
