I have been diagnosed withlyme positive ELISPOT and low CD57 Iwas diagnosed with CFS in 2001
PResently my main symptom Is one of a gnawing feeling of malaise that goes up and down like a rollercaoster alternating with brain fog and sometimesa third feeling with nausea.
It is an ordeal, and extremely difficult tolive with .It dissapears round 10 pm every night.
Sometimes i feel anxious too?
I have some stomach issues but no pain in musscles or joints.I have had that in the past (arm , lowerback and costhochronal pain) BUt not anymor
MY question is: are there other people who experience malaise, imean feeling unwell with pos lab test but no other symptoms

Jack, that is a Lyme symptom. If you have a positive Lyme test, you have Lyme. you've probably had it for a while if you were diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue.

Do you have a LLMD? If not, you should seek one.

I had that symptom, but that was never my only symptom. I feel like it comes from a to high toxic load. When I feel like that I increase my detoxing. For me it also comes with herxing.

I wonder if it has to do with toxins being released from your liver/gallbladder when you eat during the day (symptoms until 10pm) and then after your last meal (no longer eating) the symptoms die down for the period of time that you are not eating.

I would think it is toxin related. Cholestyramine, Guggal, Zeolite, Activated Charcoal.

I feel anxious a bit and constipated feeling when my toxin level is high. I usually use alot of zeolite and lay off the treatment for a day or two until I am back to normal. Rarely happens anymore but starting a new medicine may cause it for a brief time.
