I found an easy way to get around my "unpredictable brain fogginess" regarding meds/protocol and when and what i took. Did i take that when i was supposed to? Had never been a question for me in the past. And now it is vitally important.
So... i text myself with the name of med/protocol when taking it... the time is recorded and my fear is alleviated.

i set myself alarms on my cell phone and have notes in my phone on what times to take stuff because i at first several times i forgot if i took something or not even if i literally took it less than 5 minutes ago its scary as hell

Yes it is very scary!
That's why i text *WHEN i take it... and *WHAT i am taking.
While having an alarm helps to remember To Do It...
It doesn't help me to know/remember... IF i did it!
So... thought i would share this simple method to help someone
to not go thru that awful feeling regarding meds/protocol...
And because it can get complicated... so i need to simplify as
much as possible.

All very good methods.
I feel pretty stuck though. My main problem now is getting completely lost in the day. If I am able to focus on anything at all, I get buried in it and I forget to eat, read my calendar or to do lists. Or, I can stare at a list of things I need to do but can't understand it. Also, I had my treatment programmed into a phone with an alarm but the alarm was going off every 1/2 hour because my program is so complicated and I could never keep up Eventually, I realized the noise, disruption and relentlessness was becoming so agitating and was building a lot of stress into my day.
I had to stop everything a couple of months ago due to heart problems but trying to resume the program now and I feel stuck because none of my previous tricks are working… I'm consistently skipping important parts of my treatment.

I put the times I take the med in the notes section of my phone. I esp need it for my bp med since I break my doses up to 4x's a day now so try to do it every 6 hours and work nights 3 nights a week.

~Pirouette...
What about
a very large dry erase board? (if your home mostly)
I saw this one where they had different color post-its... for different items.
And then written notes on the side.
