When you relapse do all infections come back?

Hi all,

Finally getting to a point where I'm starting to feel like myself. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm treating lyme, bart and babesia simultaneously. I believe I have lyme and bart under control and am still working on babesia, but will continue taking abx and herbs for all 3.

Now that I'm feeling a little better, I'm worried about relapsing once I do get completely asymptomatic. The worry never ends. So my question is will all 3 infections come back during a relapse?

Not necessarily. Lyme is the only infection that really can't be completely eradicated, so if you completely heal from the other two, you should be okay with them.

There are ways to keep from relapsing from Lyme too, please do make sure that you do all that you can do to stay healthy, keep stress levels low and to keep your immune system strong. I'm being extremely proactive so that I don't get reinfected or relapse right now, so I understand your fears.

My suggestion would be to move to a more comprehensive low dose herbal protocol which covers bart/babs/lyme after you discontinue the abx. Keep up the immune support with herbs and probiotics and fermented vegetables.

I was concerned about stopping abx, but after initiating a completely herbal protocol, our daughter realized even more improvement! I didn't think that would be possible.
