not a world shaking post... but might help some people...
This is a delicious tea that helps sore throats:
for 2 cups:
thinly slice up a piece of ginger
8-10 cloves
8-10 cardamom pods (break them
open and squeeze the seeds with a knife before putting them in the boiling water)
a piece of cinnamon (or half a teaspoon if powder)
add it to boiling water and let it sit for 15mins
add juice of a lemon and organic honey to taste
