Are these Bart marks???

First thing.. Please excuse my old stretch marks from my pregnancy. But if you look at my tattoo (yes they ruined my tattoo) you can faintly see them. Then there's those new dark marks that I've never seen before.. Ever since cutting back on my abx I've felt like s@!*. Increased neuro symptoms: twitching, face tingling, blood shot eyes & feet are burning/red. I also have this weird feeling of a lump in my throat.. I'm confused. It feels like my throat is closing. I'm two seconds away from taking one of my diazepam or lorazepams because I don't want to psych my self out or end up in the ER with a panic attack.. Help.. Any advice??

No that's why I'm seeing an LLND next week. I feel like the Bart is affecting my heart too. It sucks.

Aly I can't tell about the marks. BUT I have really bad twitching and lump in throat/thick throat feeling. Dr H says that is Bart for me.

Sorry… but sx sound like classic Bart. And the stretch mark "strikes" are also classic Bart.

I'm sorry, the anxiety can be very rough.

Neurotoixins in your brain are causing problems. What are you doing to detox? You need a binder to carry toxins out of your body and a tincture called Pinella (Amazon.com) is very helpful to many of us here. And if you can sweat/exercise that should help get your blood moving and since your skin is your largest organ, it's a great means of detoxing, which is why sweating and detox baths are also helpful.

If you can get your hands on Huperzine (health food stores might carry it but you can also get it on Amazon.com and it's not too expensive but comes in small bottles and you need abt 400mg a day) it also helps w/ neurotoxins and brain function.

You can do a search on the forum for other good detox conversations.

I am not aware of Pinella in a non tincture form. It is good for detox, while Huperzine A (pills) are less of detoxer and more of a neuro inhibitor that crosses the BBB. It also may decrease heart rate (which could be another benefit) so not to be taken w/ beta blockers and other drugs.

Charcoal is good… just remember the buffers before/after eating and meds/supps. Sauna will be great. Everyone here can identify w/ feeling scared but you are definitely on the right track and you've found a great resource here in the forum. Hang in there and keep posting. ;)
