Any tips on detoxing? I think this is the one thing I am doing most poorly of and I'm thinking I need to really focus on this.

The only things I can think of to improve this is...

Maybe have a psyllium drink daily.
Coffee enemas.... (Something people swear by and also something I haven't tried yet)
Drink more lemon water or include liposomal vitamin C.

I'm also going to try the chim fluox AVIVA after my abx are done.

Does anyone else have any suggestions for detoxing? Thanks!

Are you dry brushing your body, before taking a warm epsom salt and hydrogen peroxide bath? I'm sure you know about that one.
Taking any binders?
What about brain stuff - pinella?

So I don't have to look it up - what is the chim fluox AVIVA?

Wow LP...so your going to try the Chim-fluox-aviva!!? Cool man! Ive been sooo curious about it as everything seems to be up to par with the source. I had mentioned in a post before I tried partial of her previous protocol(the one she healed from) but that is now replaced with the C.F.A and it did *Do SOMETHING*....but I stopped though and never finished because I think its what triggered my tinnitus from a bad herx.

Ive told myself if ALL else fails that chim-fluox-aviva would be my go-to also lol

Thanks Girlie! Actually hydrogen peroxide and Epsom salt baths was another something on my list that is relatively simple. I think k will try that... Not sure about dry brushing??? Before the bath?

The CHIM fluox AVIVA is something that cleans our cells out... Reportedly people have recovered completely from lyme, bart, mycoplasma, and all the infections from this.

Take it with a grain of salt though as it's hard to believe 1 little package can completely eradicate all the infections.

It's the number one thing Louise recommends from lyme-symptoms.com

She recovered from lyme, bart, Babesia, and mycoplasma completely after having the infections for 15 years. Apparently she energy tests some people she coaches to recovery and there is no sign of the infection via energy testing after they complete treatment with that. Also they say they are completely well too... So it must work. Still takes months of taking it though.

Hi orchid rain. I will be sure to keep everyone posted on here! To be honest seems like a miracle product to me, but a bit too good to be true. Another person used it and then disappeared !!! Lol. Actually I hear we are supposed to be hush hush about that product though. I asked some other people and it seems lots of people don't know about it... Or it's "next on the radar" ... Lol.

I am starting in 2 months (August 1st I will start) after my 6 months of rifampin therapy is done for bart... I already started that and don't want to lose progress.

But LP - if your current bartonella killing regimen works...then we won't know for sure if the chim flox aviva worked.

But, I think we all will be saying, "I'll have what he's having"...lol

Girlie... But after treatment we have to detox anyways so you will know if it works! Lol. I have too many dead bugs inside my cells.

Mr.Mike... It's a frequency infused lactose... Yes I think I said that right, same lactose as the sugar naturally present in milk and dairy products. But one of the detox products has echinacea and vitamin C in it. Somehow the frequency kills the microbes... I don't know if it works or not or if it's hocus pocus. But my opinion of the source is that she is credible as someone who recovered completely from lyme after 15 years, so that makes me believe her.

I can't seem to find the ideal amount of detoxing and methods without overdoing it or knowing what's effective.

Yes LP, I have followed her site from the beginning of my illness (this was while she was still healing actually and she would elaborate on how things were going for her)....so I agree about her credibility *for the most part*, but as it is with lyme, like you basically said...usually if it sounds too good to be true its because it is!! ....but who really knows! I wish we could hear some testimonies from it..:-/
