I just received a bottle of Astragulas to give to my gal to take as a preventative for this years boom crop of ticks here in New England.
I've read that us folks with Chronic Lyme should not take it due to causing a strong die-off and herx. But I think my Lyme is mostly gone after 5 years of treatment included 16 months on IV, and I want to take a small dose to test any reaction.
Any thoughts on this? I've been off ABX for a couple months now and take Cat's Claw, Braggs ACV, Silver Hydrosol, GSE, Olive Leaf Extract, NAC, Milk Thistle, Serrapeptis, Fish Oil, Vit B6 and B12, Magnesium, and VSL#3 DS probiotics.
Two weeks ago I had a small 1/4 red rash appear on my left arm then a spontaneous bruise mark on my inside right bicep. I haven't had either type of marks appear in over 9 months and many months before that. Going back over two years these marks were very common through Babs/Bart treatment. Stiff neck and Brain Fog are also returning.
My LLMD called Infuserve to send me up some Crytolepsis, which I took a few years back with Sida (then switch to CSA) when weaning off Mepron, but saw little results. Worth another try before I go desperate.
