Oh Marie, I'm so sorry. I didn't know you were crashing that hard.
That really stinks. I think many of us know the fatigue thing, when your battery dies, and you run out of "spoons."
Have you had your adrenals checked using the 24 hour saliva test? Maybe Dr. K---y can give you cortisol.
Eleuthero does help, but it gives me headaches and some insomnia. I started with one drop.
Be careful with the coffee. I've heard great things about
it, but in my case, it makes me sick. You can do some great iodine enemas with (I think it's Lugol?).
When you do enemas, make sure they're retention enemas, and retain at least 10 minutes, or the stuff won't come out.
After the oil pulling, I rinse my mouth with warm water and epsom salt, and then I drink a little of it (not much). I think that might get things moving. Sometimes enemas aren't enough, esp. if you do too many of them.
I hear you, that you're detoxing a lot, but detoxing is only part of the picture. I would suggest slowing down on the chronic tonic and the hemp cbd oil. I only drink 1/2 cup a week of the chronic tonic. I haven't started the cbd.
Next week I go to two days of the 1/2 cup. I wouldn't take stuff every day, or you'll overwhelm your system and have to keep starting over.
I've had the comatose sleep before, and I don't know what it is. I used to have the lapses in time as well, but that's gotten better.
Like you, I'm very thirsty (and hungry) much of the time, but I also pee a lot. My CFS doctor told me that dehydration and thirst are very common in CFS patients, for whatever that's worth.
If you're not peeing, perhaps you should get your kidneys checked?
One last thing: You might try l-methyl folate. I still haven't sent my doc the 23 and me results, but according to bloodwork, I tested negative for MTHFR problems.
However, the Deplin does seem to help me regardless.
No matter what you decide to do , know that we are all behind you and cheering you on. You're the best!!!! We are here for you.
HUGS
