I would recommend, first of all, trying something over the counter for allergies that doesn't make you tired, like Allegra or Claritin. Allergies or rabid this season, and can only worsen sinus issues and headaches. I'd also get Ashwaghanda. I love it. It is a great herb used for clarity and relieving brain fog. I'd do a google search for other herbs for headaches and look on Buhner's site. I also recommend seeing a REALLY GOOD naturopath, and have them test you for Candida. Candida is yeast overgrowth and common in Lyme patients, especially those of us who have been on antibiotics. It can cause so many symptoms. I think one issue with Lyme patients and other people who are ill, is they don't perceive their body as a whole. They talk about their headache, their liver, their back, their neuropathy, their fatigue, and that's very much needed. But every one thing in the body, affects everything else. You need to look at that one part that's afflict it and attempt to heal it, and perceive the whole body, and heal that as well. It could be something located in another area of your body that's causing these issues. Also, I always say, having healed most of my Lyme, Lyme healing is very slow, but very real! Also, meditate! I don't care if you start off with one minute a day. You'll increase, as time goes on. Research all the benefits and celebrities that meditate. You'll be astounded. It was integral in my healing process! I do it up to thirty minutes a day. Did that help?
